lalafo.pl is an online platform in Poland for ordering second-hand items at extremely low prices (sometimes even for free) in a zero-waste spirit. You browse on the website or app, add items to your cart, and place an order without contacting the seller/previous owner - the process is fully automated. All items are checked and packed by lalafo, then shipped in one parcel within 2-3 days; delivery has a fixed cost, regardless of how many items you order. If something doesn’t work out, you have 14 days for a free return. You can also send items in good condition (no stains or tears) to lalafo’s warehouse - they’ll be inspected and passed on to people in need or listed for other users, and you can earn bonuses for items you send in.
